Records management

Post by Brooklin » Mon Jun 25, 2012 11:08 am

I keep manual records for my 67 lot park. Does anyone else do the same? I looked at the software available and they are very pricey. I live 2 hours away from the park.

Any suggestions?

The type pf software you seek takes years to write. It is doubtful that you will find an economy brand specific to MH Parks. I owned a park for many years and used QuickBooks to track payments, the comings and goings of tenets my routine maintenance as well as renovations and improvements.

Quick Books is the most popular small business accounting program available. The have QB experts in each part of the country that can assist in setting up the application to do the tasks you require.
