We own a mobile home park in Oregon. The owner of the MH has moved. She is trying to sell the MH but refuses to fix it up and is asking way too much for an older home in not very good condition. She owes us the space rent for June and July. She will have to pay what is owed if she finds a buyer but we doubt she will. We don't want to have to sit and wait forever. We need to find a sample of a storage agreement for Mobile homes in a park. Anyone have one or know where to find one?

If her home is occupying one of your home pads then you should be entitled to what ever the monthly lot rent is for all of your residents. If the home has been moved to a storage area you can find some good sample agreements online at:
