www.loopnet.com - better search results if your a member...
www.craigslist.com - every once in a while there is a good hit here...
you can google the sites that sell businesses... and they will also have MHP's listed...
If your limiting your search to a pretty tight area, most states have a list of parks they oversee, and you can contact most county assessor offices, ask for the mobile home division, and see if they have a list of MHP owners...
There are also some lists that get sold, but.. they are not really complete...
we also use RSS feeds, newspaper searches, contact brokers etc...
