I'm not sure if this is common knowledge in the industry but MH seller finance Note Holders can sell their Note for cash. I'm a Note Finder and I have investors seeking to purchase such MH notes current or delinquent. I am interested in your professional opinions on selling MH Notes being used as an option for liquidating assets or minimizing risk for a seller uneasy about collecting payments.
