I use Park Sidekick to operate my communities. I like that it is located on my computer and my managers can log in and post rents, service requests etc. We use the mail merge function to print leases and other notices. They are adding credit card processing next month, and the software developers are really easy to get along with. Anyway... I have 6 parks in 4 states and really like the program.

The type pf software you seek takes years to write. It is doubtful that you will find an economy brand specific to MH Parks. I owned a park for many years and used QuickBooks to track payments, the comings and goings of tenets my routine maintenance as well as renovations and improvements.

Quick Books is the most popular small business accounting program available. The have QB experts in each part of the country that can assist in setting up the application to do the tasks you require.
