Donation of mobile home

Gentlemen, I would like to donate the mobile home my mother was living in until she moved to a nursing home. It's ready for immediate occupancy. 14x70 1980 North American, two bedroom Home, large bathroom, new Water heater, new carpeting and vinyl throughout, central air, appliances, many convenience items, superclean. Maintained by an engineer. Need to get rid off to avoid paying monthly lot rent. Second lot from entrance of home community, therefore easy to move.
