Not in Louisiana

Why is Louisiana not listed as a state you do business in? I know, I know! Because you don't do business in Louisiana. Could you please inform me as to why?
I have been in the market for a manufactured or modular home for the past 3 years. I still have not purchased because I cannot find a decent lot near or in Baton Rouge. I'm so frustrated now.
