Renting My Home

Post by floridaweight » Sun Jun 25, 2006 1:53 pm

Hi Chrissy Please help!
I am trying to find answers to this question.
The manager of the park in which I have rented a space for almost 12 years has told me that I can not rent my home while sitting in the park.
Is this true?
I've read in a legal document that a park can only regulate the tenants that rent, not say whether or not you can rent.
I assure you that I have no problem with them having the final decission on who rents, but to say that I can not rent my own home seems a little extreme.
what is the real truth to this dilema?
please e-mail me at [email protected]

Thank you in advance and may god bless you

About renting your home out when it is in a community . . . first take time to read te Guidelines [rules and regulations] for the community. See if they specifically address the issue. Any time you want to do anything, this document should be your guide.
