I am a loan officer looking to refinance a customer who owns a manufactured home. I need help getting this gentelman an interest rate that he deserves. He needs a 7%, has a mid score of 765, his loan to value is 82%, his debt to income is 24%, and the deal will be considered cashout because of a second mortgage. The loan amount is $68,000 and i need to find a home for this full file soon. Any suggestions?
