pool being removed

We have a new owner in our park and we dont even know who he is but he took our managers salary away and just gives her free space rent and she collect rents, reads meters takes complaints and writes up notices and cleans our laundry room. and he said she needs to use her phone because there will not be a phone here. is this legal with no pay or ins.Also he's taking out our pool and we all signed a contract with pool is this legal or should he lower our rent because he took out an amnemity without notifying us. where can we go for help. also he said we can sell our homes but they cant stay in the park and most of our homes are older and expensive to move.
