Hello, I am very interested in purchasing foreclosed mobile homes in or around Elizabethton Tennessee. Does anyone know of any web sites of companies that sell foreclosed homes? I am especially interested in ones with property, buy not limited to those. Please email me at
[email protected] if you know of any! Thanks and have a great day!

Actually I'm looking for a lender who will lend on a remodeled MH built in 1973
Property presently is on 5 acreas and looks like a site built home. Is there a lender out there for this type of home? Also will the appraisal come in as a mh or other?
thank you

I am desperately trying to get financing for a 1976 manufactured home that has been updated and remodeled and has quite a few add-ons. Lenders are saying no because there are not really any properties available for comps that are as old and have add-ons. Any ideas on any lenders who might do this? This is a very nice home appraised at $100,000.
