I know this may seem kind of strange, but i am trying to find what my mobile home is worth. and somehow , I got here. I own a 1986 Franklin 14x70 cedar -sided mobile home and I am curios what the "blue book" value is? I am also wondering if there are any lenders who deal in loans that are secured by mobile home title. I am needing to purchase some land to move my home to , and am having a difficult time here in Missouri finding anyone who will do any kind of mortgage or refinance with a mobile. it;s crazy. what can i do? email me a [email protected] or call 417-569-0348
