purchase contract and rental park

I need advice ...I currently rent a mobile home from a mobile park in CA.
in May they offered the for PURCHASE .
even ran an ad on your sight. The Manager gave us the run around with the paper work and now she no longer is managing.(not do to myself)
the new manager who is young and has no knowledge in mobile homes.
Now the new manger is saying she has no paper work on my Cash PURCHASE
of the home I rent and the park is no longer Saling there rental units!!!
HELP
I have a contract from may but the sales man listed is liesenced w/ HCD/DOH

Can I Push the PURCHASE in court w/ my date 6 months no and no signature?

You are totally lost if you have a contract with no signature and no receipt of your money...No canceled check ?????...How could you still be renting your own home????...Really sounds like you need a local attorney....

I SIGNED THE PURCHASE ORDER AND TURNED IT IN TO MY PARK MANAGER,
THIS ONLY OFFERED IF I PAY CASH FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT.
24,000 YEARS IS 2003
THE MANAGER SAID SEE LOST THE CONTRACT TWO TIMES .
NOW THERE IS A NEW MANAGER, WHO HAS NO PAPER WORK ON ANY PURCHASE OF THE HOME IN PARK.
THE SALES PERSON LISTED ON MY PURCHASE ORDER IS NOT LICENSED WITH THE STATE & I NEVER MEET WITH HIM .
AND IM THE ONLY SIGNER ON THE CONTRACT AND I HAVE THE ONLY COPIES ?

Did you pay with green money or a cashiers check...If it was a check...the bank can get you a copy of the canceled check...If you piad green money...you should be calling a cop...Someone stole your money...Good Luck..
