What are the steps to title and detile a mobile home bought in 2001?. The home is 9 yrs. old. I have all the paperwork on except the new law title and detitle. I want to sell and someone told me that I have to have this before I do to produce a clear title on the home.

Retiring the tille process is different in every state...Check with your states title office...Every state has this proceedure..
