mobile homes title and detitle

What are the steps to title and detile a mobile home bought in 2001?. The home is 9 yrs. old. I have all the paperwork on except the new law title and detitle. I want to sell and someone told me that I have to have this before I do to produce a clear title on the home.

Retiring the tille process is different in every state...Check with your states title office...Every state has this proceedure..

By the way...How ewould doing away with the title help you proving clear title????..The best clear title is a clear title...
