Hi -

A friend has approached me about purchasing a modular home together in Truckee, CA (Lake Tahoe). Does any one know what the resale value on modular homes in that area would be? The place would also be in a Coachland mobile home park. Does anyone know what type of expense would be involved, land rental, HOA etc.

Hi there. I was wondering if your friend ever went through with further investigation/purchase of the coachland home in Truckee. I just began looking at mobile homes in this same area and was curious if you or your friend had and info to share.
