Calling an attorney is a really good idea to find out how the courts treat abandoned homes in your jurisdiction. You might also contact the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association for more information. Their number is 717-774-3440. As to the bank not paying rent, in some states they don't have to unless you do certain things in terms of paperwork. As the attorney what your options are.

Here in Florida the park owner MUST send a notice to the bank that rent is due. Thirty days after delivery of the notice the lender becomes responsable for the lot rent.

Anyone have experience in othere states ? Post here and tell us about it.

Check with a local real estate pro.....The homes with basements and permanent foundations are likely on private property......Good Luck with your quest...
