Rent-to-Own Lending

Hi,

I was wondering if any companies lended money on new mobile homes that the park owner could purchase and then sell as a Rent-to-Own contract? I am looking at purchasing 30 brand new 3BR/2BA homes at a price of $18K ( fully set up and delivered ) to put on empty spaces inside my park. I already have 20 homes in the park valued at $280K that are unassigned for collateral. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If you are a lender, you can call me directly at 423-318-0966.
