Hi Chrissy,
I do hope that you and Woody are enjoying you new home.

What I really wanted to know is a tax credit property the same as low income? If you have the time could you please explain this to me.

Good to hear from you Liz, and please say "hi" to Craig for me. Typically, a tax credit property refers to the method under which the community was sold. In some cases, these properties are located in economically depressed areas, but in other cases they may be in areas ripe for redevelopment, or areas that are coming back into vogue. In most cases, this terminology does not refer to the type of people who live in the community.
