MHP Community Rules, etc...

I am currently working an agreement to purchase a mobile home park. Does anyone have a copy of their community rules/rental agreement that I could look at to gain ideas? The park doesn't have current regulations in place. Any suggestions would help greatly. Thanks.

While asking to see others is a way to start, there are also a couple of other ways. Please get in touch with your state association. Each state treats the relationship between a community owner and their residents differently, and some legislative mandates affect the way your Guidelines (rules) are written. Also, you might want to check our my website for the handbook I wrote about Writing Effective Guidelines. That will also give you some sample language and lots of areas to consider as you draft this document. The Guidelines are the cornerstone of your community and your relationship with your residents.
