Hard to evict?

I purchased a new manufactured home in a park one year ago. I have wonderful neighbors with the exception of one family next door. They were evicted from their previous park and moved in next door with a relative. The relative died and left the home to this family. How hard is it to evict someone from a home they now own?
How much does it take before management is able to get these people out?
They have broken the following park rules that I am aware of:
More than 3 police responses for family fights. (Loud fights every single day and night, with every other word the "F-word").
Have 5 barking, aggressive untrained dogs, barking for sometimes 5 straight hours. When this happens I can't even hear my TV or make a phone call. Turning up the volume makes them bark louder.
Multiple unspayed, unneutered cats allowed to breed and abandoned in the park.
Dogs not contained. One dog has already bitten a child down the street.
They breed the dogs every year at which time they have 13-15 loud barking dogs.
(Park allows only 2 pets).
Son sells the "legal" marijuana his mom gets for her "disability" on their porch at night, 10' from my property.
Parking in street (not allowed).
Management has given them notice to clean up their property multiple times in the past, with little or zero response.
Dragging garbage cans out to the street at 1:00 AM, waking up the neighborhood.
Son has threated to "beat the _____ outta that neighbor" (me) for politely leaving them a phone message about the dogs barking.
Property constantly littered with trash with garbage blowing down the street.
At least three neighbors have submitted formal written complaints about this family.
Thanks for any info or suggestions. Animal Control has been out a couple of times.
