I have been unable to find a bank that provides loans for manufactured homes in a park under a land lease please help.

that finance homes 1976 and older and will accept land lease loans. Hope this helps.

Sorry, but jcfin no longer has a broker program. You may want to try CIS financial or Origen - the rates are high but they will finance. Good luck.

I am looking for a lender in Pa that will do Manufactured home construction loans. Not sure if we wnat to do a land, doublewide, improvement loan or purchase land out right and do just the doublewide and improvements. Anyone know a lender who can help?
