finding a qualified manager

We are looking for a management team for a florida MHC. Preferrably an office manager and a repair person would be on the team. Do you know of the best way to find such a team (e.g., newspaper ad, job placement services, monster.com?)?

My suggestion would be to place an ad in the FMHA News. Call the association's headquarters at 850-907-9111 and ask for their rates. Lots of good managers out tere are looking for a change.
