Disposal of old homes

Chrissy,
Please tell me how old homes that are no longer useable be disposed of?
Who and where can they be taken?

Over here (Miami), we take them to the dump...they pick 'em up, turn 'em over and cruch them into a small box

I have some MH in the Panhandle Area. I am curretnly selling the lots and 4 MH. These homes have been in the same place for over 20years. Do I need titles to transfer these over to the new buyer?

Whether or not you have to have titles to transfer the homes depends on whether or not the titles were ever surrendered so as to make the mobile homes part of the real property. If you never surrendered the titles, but the titles are nowhere to be found, then you can obtain a duplicate title from BMV.
