Does anyone have any recommandations for sources of liability and hazzard insurance for Mobile Home parks. I am finding in the local market, here in Louisiana, not much interest from insurers and prices..... well you know!

I am in the same boat in Louisiana, and I am looking for a renewal in May, trying to aviod the high costs.
