Do you have to go through Escrow when closing a manufactured home sale.

I'm not sure wwhat you mean by "escrow" but yes, there is usually a closing process when buying a manufactured home. In some states the home is titled, and title must be transferred. If you finance the home, you must then sign closing documents required by the lender. If you are questioning the validity of the paperwork you are being asked to sign, contact your state association for specific information as requirements change from state to state.
