Hi Chrissy, I was wondering if you are going to be at the Louisville show next week. If you are I would like to stop by and meet you. Also, how are things going at Hometown since the Chateau buyout? I would like to hear your thoughts on the Community side of the industry and what we all need to do to keep our lots full and our residents happy.

Scott - - sorry for the delay in answering. Things are going wonderful at Hometown since the merger, but really busy. As you probably noticed, I was not at the Louisville show; but certainly missed it. Communities are just about the only stable part of the industry - and our job is to keep it that way. Just treating our residents with respect, being fair and consistent, being honest and ethical will continue to reap rewards for all of us.
