How does one go about purchasing a MHP and for that matter, educating myself about these investments. I've read messages in this board that seem to indicate that it is hard to make a good return owning these properties. Do you find that to be the case?

I'd like to purchase a 55+ park that has both MHs and Rvs. What king of ROI could I expect from such an investment?
