Community Manager position wanted

Hello,
I was, until recently, a manager of a 300+ site Community, and would love to apply my experience in a new Community. We are willing to relocate from the Chicago area.
All reasonable offers considered.

We currently have a 200 unit MHC located in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts (1 hour from the New York State border). Community Center, Swimming Pool. We are looking for a couple to handle all administartive and Maintenance of the community including lawn cutting oif common areas and snowplowing of roads. Compenmsation will include housing, salary, leasing bonuses and medical benefits. Any Interest?
