When homes are purchased, MHC managers also suggest tons of amenities (flooring services, carpet services, water treatment services, etc.)
Do MHC management receive decent commissions or referral income for suggesting these vendors?
VOLO is beginning to focus on offering our high-speed internet services to MHC(s). We are also very much interested in offering our aggressive commission plan to MHC managers for referring our services to new residents or purchasers.
Is this normal? Are we setting out on the right path? How can we get the word out on our services and commissions?
