Mobile Home Loans for the state of Iowa

I manage a mobile home court in North Liberty, Iowa and I'm having some trouble in finding financial companies that are offering mobile home loans for homes located in a park atmosphere. Does anyone know who I should contact to get loan information for our potential clients?
