Any lenders in Georgia besides Chase, Origen & 21st Mortgage doing Chattel loans? Refinancings for the residents would be nice too. Have 3 lovely communities here totalling 1200 sites & some new lenders would be welcome!

Check with your local Southtrust branch...They have a specific program for 5 star parks available..as well as financing for all others...
In Augusta...only the Jenson Wimberly +55 park qualifies for the special program...but some of your parks might...
