Every state has different landlord laws...Some would allow you to go to court and place a lien on the home...then sell the home for what ever you can get...If it sells for more than the lien..you will have to refund the difference to the owner..
Other states only allow you to evict the owner..hence the home...In GA this is all a loandlord can do..They go to a special court for landlords..get an eviction notice and then have the home moved to the public rightaway...When placed there..the governement will take the home away...Odd system...but that is how it works here..

I have a park in Ga. the method of evicting a mobile home and setting it on the rightofway may sound strange but once you do one, the other deadbeats can't wait to pay there back rent.
