I'm a principal of a real estate investment company looking to buy mobile home notes anywhere in the US. Do you know of any companies that would be interested in selling their notes they carry for cash or where to get a list of companies? thank you

These days, a lot of communities are selling homes and financing them inhouse due to the situation in the collateral lending segment of the industry. My suspicion would be that simply going through the yellow pages and calling or sending information would be fruitful for you.
