I have a 1980 Detroiter MH for sale. It is in EXCELLENT Condition. I can find no one who will finance this old a MH. I need the loan value and who would lend a buyer money to buy this from me. Thank you

Talk to someone at Beneficial Finance or a company like that who makes relatively small, personal loans with this type of collateral. Most companies who traditionally finance for our industry hesitate to hold paper for less than $7500 due to the low return they realize. Sometimes a local bank with whom the buyer has a good reputation will do it for them.
