Hello there! where would I start my search for a person to manage a small
MHP in middle georgia? I am new to owning a park and live off site.

I would start with the state association, then go to the newspaper. Advertise under "management" and "professional" for the type of person and the responsibilities you want them to have. You can also look at the Manufactured Housing Global Network at www.mfdhousing.com for others. Talking to other owners may also provide you with some leads. Hire personality, train skills. This person will be your front line - the one who brings you new customers and helps you keep the ones you have. Look for friendliness, cheerfulness, organization skills, honesty, and professional attitudes. Good luck to you!
