Chrissy, I live in the midwest and have been in charge running 3 family owned communitites. We are in the process of selling off these communitites. I would like to relocate to central or southern Florida. I have experience is in all aspects of running multiple communities, including development and start up of new communities, as well as new and used home sales. I would like to utilize my skills and experience in a district or regional manager position in central/southern florida. I would not be happy managing just one community as I am use to being on the go. What is the best way I can find out who owns multiple communities in the part of florida I am looking to relocate to? I know of the Sun's and the Chateau's, but what about all the others. Also, what would be the best way to approach these companies?

Thank you for your time and any info will be appreciated.

I have passed your email on to some Florida decision makers at Hometown America who may be looking for a person with your qualifications. Other than that, you may want to place your resume with the Florida Manufactured Housing Association. They get calls frequently, and respond with copies of all resumes they have on file.
