Thank you for reading this email which comes to you from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I was researching Land Lease Communities and was delighted to read your article. Essentially, I was hoping to gain more insight into Land Lease so I would more adequately answer to the concerns of my clients. Their first question usually centres around what makes Land Lease better than the typical community where the land is purchased with the home. For that question I needed to be more familiar with all the possible answers which I feel you so succinctly stated in your article.

I understand copyright law. However, your article is great and I would like to use it where possible as a source of information to our clients. I would like to precis it for length. Not knowing how liberal you are with your words you would need to let me know what you would permit. Of course you would be cited as the author.

I'm a newbie to this board and have just begun exploring the potential of investing in manufactured housing as a means to increase income and net worth. Can you advise as to where I can obtain the Land Lease article?
