ON APRIL 11TH NOTIFICATION OF THE INTENT TO SELL WAS SERVED TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE SPRUCES MOBILE HOME PARK CURRENTLY OWNED BY FUSCO MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC LOCATED IN NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT. IN 1976 THEY PAID 880,000 FOR TWO PARKS WITH A TOTAL OF 430 SITES -- THE ONE IN WILLIAMSTOWN WHICH IS WHERE I RESIDE HAS APPROXIMATELY 230 SITES -- TODAY IT IS GROSSLY OVER ASSESED AT $4,200,000 -- WITH PIPELINES FALLING APART, POT HOLES IN THE ROAD ETC., ETC., ETC., -- THE TYPICAL RESULT OF AGE AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE -- THERE IS NO WAY ANY OF THE TENNANTS WANT TO PERSUE RESIDENT ACQUISITION -- IT HAS BEEN PRINTED IN TWO LOCAL
PAPERS THAT AN OFFER HAS BEEN MADE BY A COMPANY BASED IN THE NORTHEAST THAT HAS EXTENSIVE MOBILE HOME PARK PROPERTIES, AND THAT IT IS NOT LOCAL.
