I am in the process of selling a mobile home in Connecticut.
I wish to gather information regarding financing/loans for my prospective buyers.
Do you have a list of banks that deal with mobile home loans?

I would suggest you begin with Ron Dunlap at the Virginia Manufactured Housing Association. Call him at 804-750-2500. He should be able to refer you to either a finance company or a mortgage broker who can help you.
