mhc managment software

Can you recommend a property management software package that would accommodate a mhc with lots for rent only. We have two parks total residency of 130 with possible expansion.

Sure Rent Manager, by London Computer Systems, Inc., is used by a lot of communities. As is Yardi. There are also several others. Find the above two by going to www.rentmanager.com or www.yardi.com And, if you are going to be in Las Vegas April 2 - 4 for the Manufactured Housing Institute's Trade Show and Exposition, there will be several exhibitors there with lots of great products. Our mobile home communiy and those owned by our Management Co. have been using the Rent Manager system since Oct. 1999. I love the program. Before using Rent Manager at this particular property the books were done with the "one write" Safeguard pegboard system which created a lot of paperwork. With Rent Manager you can create needed reports such as Delinquency and Vacancy with only a few keystrokes. If you try it I am sure you will like it. And I must add, it was very simple to learn. We had a two day training seminar and most of us caught on quickly. The only other computerized program I had used in the past had been Quick Books and I must say, Rent Manager makes it all very easy and quick.
