What can I do with a disruptive resident who is constantly stirring things up by trying to get other residents to go to court with him against the Park Management.

It seems that most communities have a resident who is habitually unhappy. There doesn't seem to be any sure-fire way to correct the problem, however, there are a couple of things that might help. First, ask him to come up to the office and talk to you. Ask him what he would like to see changed or what he sees that is wrong. It is important that you listen to him when he answers. After he tells you what is wrong, ask him for a possible solution. Make a list of his concerns and his suggestions. Sometimes - not always - but sometimes, taking time to listen to him, and even setting up a weekly meeting to listen to him for 30 minutes or so will allow him to see that you care and he will not continue to try to stir up other residents. Another tip that might help is to just ask him straight out, "If you are so unhappy here, why don't you move?" Usually, that catches them off guard.

Since my "trouble maker's" agency is to bust the rules and regulations, I think I'll try your last solution. Thanks for the response

DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCAL RENTAL AND LEASE LAWS, YOU MAY CAN
EASILY GET RID OF HIM JUST BUY GIVINIG NOTICE OF EVICTION FOR
REASONS OTHER THAN NON PAYMENT. CALL YOUR LOCAL MAGISTRATE JUDGE AND ASK THEM IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO.

Why are you assuming that "Trouble-maker's" complaints aren't legit? Kitty, what kinds of problems is he complaining about?
