Deleware Shore Contractors

I am the president of a condo association, and I am interested in obtaining the names of contractors in the Deleware Shore area who are experienced in using Hardiboard as a replacement siding material. Our community is a 32 unit townhouse complex (4 seperate buidings) facing the ocean, and we need an experienced contractor to submit a bid. The project is intended to be done in stages, with the first 8 units to be redone this Spring or Fall. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.

The best suggestion I have ever heard is from another manager who also needed a contractor to do some work, and also had no idea who to call. She called the local Home Depot, and asked for the contractor's desk. They gave her several references - and she found someone who was wonderful. Hope this works for you!
