When a mobile home clubhouse is used to conduct bingo

Well, several states have severely restricted the use of any facility for bingo games for certain types of groups. Depending on statutory restrictions, some groups may fit the "ok" section and some may not. Further, depending on the way the Guidelines of your community are written, the control of the use of the clubhouse may change. Sometimes it is written so the residents control the use.
