When a mobile home clubhouse is used to conduct bingo
can the use bedenied for a non profit use by a different group
at different times not interfereing with any other club activity?

Well, several states have severely restricted the use of any facility for bingo games for certain types of groups. Depending on statutory restrictions, some groups may fit the "ok" section and some may not. Further, depending on the way the Guidelines of your community are written, the control of the use of the clubhouse may change. Sometimes it is written so the residents control the use. In other communities, the manager is the one who controls the use. I really need more information from you to give you a more definitive answer. What stat are you in? What do your Guidelines say about the use of the clubhouse?
