dear chrissy,

my company has develpoed a monthly manufactured home maintenence agreement for park owners to offer to their residents. it covers all systems and major appliances. it is available no matter how old the home is. it is very affordable 10-16$ p/m. I have read that their are 2 main problems in community living 1. insurance and 2. home maintainence. I wanted your opinion to see if this is a valid product to offer managers of these parks as a way of providing peace of mind and additional profits. What do you think?

Well, the concept is certainly intriguing, but I would have to know more about it. Such as what exactly is covered, the financial strength of the offering entity, what age homes or appliances are excluded, the amounmt of paperwork involved, the ability to transfer coverage upon sale, etc. If you would like to send me a copy of your plan, I'd be happy to take a look at it for you.
