Hey there! As a real estate investor myself, I recommend checking out local credit unions or specialized lenders who offer non-recourse loans for manufactured homes. You might also want to connect with private lenders or investment groups in your area. Websites like BiggerPockets can also be a great resource to find lenders who work with investors in AZconcrete contractors in richmond va Hope this helps!

That's an interesting niche—manufactured homes in Pinal County! I've been playing Geoguessr free lately to test my geography skills, and it’s fun exploring Arizona’s desert landscapes from home. I'm curious: what do you find most challenging about securing non-recourse loans specifically for manufactured homes versus traditional properties?
