Does anyone have a contact who has made thier community signs? Signs like, occupants must be pre-approved by the owner, speed limit signs, etc... Thanks

Most industrial supply places (such as globalindustrial.com) carry all sorts of street signs, traffic signs, etc.

An "occupants must be pre-approved" could be printed at a local print shop for probably $20, depending on the size you wanted.
