FILING A COMPLAINT ON A DEALER

DEAR CHRISSY,
MY WIFE AND I HAD PURCHASED A HUGE DOUBLE WIDE AND PUT ON A
6 1/2 ACRE TRACT THAT WAS FINANCED TOGETHER.
WELL, THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN THEY DUG AND LEVELED A PAD FOR
THE FOUNDATION, THEY NEVER RAISED IT THEY JUST FLATTENED IT.
THE LAND IS ON A SLIGHT HILLSIDE, SO NOW WHEN IT RAINS, WATER COMES RUSHING UNDER THE HOME AND ERODING ALL THE DIRT THAT
IS USED TO SUPPORT OUR PORCH.ALSO, ALL THE STANDING WATER UNDER THE HOUSE WILL EVENTUALLY RUIN MY FLOOR WITH THE MOISTURE AND MILDEW.
ANOTHER COMPLAINT IS THAT WHEN THEY DUG ABOUT 1000 FEET OF TRENCHES AND THE SEPTIC,THEY JUST BEARLY COVERED IT BACK UP.
THAT MENT THAT I HAD TO PAY TWICE IN 6 MONTHS TO HAVE ALL OF THEIR MESS BOXBLADED AND I HAULED IN 7 TONS OF DIRT TO FILL IN THEIR CRATERS FROM GETTING STUCK(I GUESS).
THEN THEY ALSO LEFT AROUND 5 TONS OFCONCRETE IN SOLID PILES
IN 4 DIFFERENT AREAS,IN WHICH I HAD TO USE A 20 POUND SLEDGE HAMMER TO BREAK THEM DOWN AND HAULED OFF IN MY TRUCK.
THEY ALSO NEVER PAID MY TAXES ON THE TAGS FILED FOR MY HOMESTEADERS LISTING AND SEVERAL OTHER IMPORTANT MANUFACTURED HOME LEGALITIES.
I PAID FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT TO INCLUDE ALL PAPERWORK,375 FOOT DRIVEWAY,SEPTIC, SET-UP AND TURN KEY TYPE MOVE-IN.

I HAVE CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW TO CORRECT WHAT THEY HAVE NOT DONE.I HAVE HAD NO LUCK IN GETTING REPRESENTATION FOR THIS MATTER,PLEASE HELP ME.
WHO CAN I CALL TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT BEFORE ANYMORE DAMAGE IS DONE AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY PROPERTY LOOKING BEAUTIFUL AGAIN.

Specific complaints should be filed with..BBB..your states consumer agency and for problems with the home and improper set up..at..

Another option is the state manufactured housing association's consumer complaint department.
