I am looking for information on a lender that is willing to lend money to someone that has filed bankruptcy about a year and a half ago. I been in the same house since and they have finally have servered me papers and going to auction our house off, in the middle of april and I am looking to buy a MH used or new, i don't care...3bdrms. If I can't get no information on a lender that helps people out in my issues, Does anyone know of people or a web sitev where people do there own financing on a MH, Where the owner of the MH will set up a contract and finance the MH for you. I really need some advice bad....Please help me out anyone and all advice would be helpful.

The best bet for you is to talk to people that are selling their homes themselves, as they would most likely be willing to go with a CFD. The fact of a recent bankruptcy will prevent you from getting any type of loan from a lender.

I am a mortgage consultant in Pa and we actually just helped out a gentlemen who built a doublewide on land that he owns. He had a bankruptcy discharged around the same time as you but had been a good boy since then and we were able to help. Let me know what state your in and I can direct you better.
