Owner manuals

Post by Robin » Thu Oct 17, 2002 11:45 am

I'm sure you can't get what I need, but you may be able to guide me in the right direction. I have purchased a new MH and do not know who put in the heating unit. No owners manual came with it. I have tried to locate info in "Intertherm" web site, but when it comes to answers (I'm trying to get the manual) I am told to go to the service person who installed. HUMMMMM. Even if I knew who it was, He or she probably would not still have the manual. Where can I find this information if not through the manufacturer of the furnace?

Every new manufactured home should have an Owner's Manual. If you do not have one, call your retailer who sold it to you. He should be able to provide it. If not, call the manufacturer. Surely they can provide it for you. If you are having problems with the furnace, call an authorized warranty repair service for Intertherm in the yellow pages. They will use the serial number to validate a warranty claim for you.
